How long does deployment take?
Under 48 hours from signed contract to a working officer console with your members loaded. Our fastest bilingual deployment was 29 hours from signature. We built it that way because your members can’t wait a quarter for their union’s software to be ready.
Do you require a multi-year contract?
No. Month-to-month by default. Annual pricing is available if you want predictability. If you aren’t seeing value in 90 days, walk — with all of your data. That’s not a marketing line; it’s in the standard MSA.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You take it. Every byte. In open formats (CSV, JSON, PDF) with the full audit chain included. No export fees. No 30-day stall. We built the export because the answer to “how do we keep customers?” is being worth keeping — not holding data hostage.
Is YOUnified truly bilingual?

How does it work with our current CBA, constitution, and by-laws?

Where does our data live?
